After payment has been confirmed, please give us time about 2-4 business days to fulfill your order as we sew and package them carefully.

After we ship your order, it may take about 2-7 days for the courier to deliver it to you. Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. 

I can't wait to receive my order. Do you do same-day pick-up?
If your items are all available and in stock, YES. Just leave us a message thru Instagram for the fastest communication!

Please note that you are responsible in booking your own courier/rider and handling all delivery fees. By choosing this, we are no longer liable for any issues that may occur after your order has been picked up by your own courier/rider.

What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal, GCash and BPI bank transfers and deposits. No COD, sorry :(

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, drop us a message or email and we can discuss more!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We are unable to accept returns unless the wrong item was delivered to you or your item is damaged (which hopefully never happens~). The product may be accepted as returns only if you have provided an "unboxing/opening" video of the said product on the day you received your order, and if said product has been proven to have a fault. All tags must remain intact. Product must be unused. Contact us immediately if you have any concern with your order.
